My friend and I are in the process of painting the stones for the garden tiles that physically represent the 7 portals that are activating on the 5/5 gateway on May 5th. The light will be coming in from 8 places and helping elevate the frequency of the planet. This is for our ascension. We have multiple dimensional frequencies that have been getting anchored in physical form by a few people since April 7th and that process will be complete by the 25th. These frequencies have not been available to the planet full time in thousands of years, much less anchored in human form. I remember that the councils mentioned back in February with great excitement that the energy would shift in April big time and then perhaps get a bit pumpy for some in the first week of May. WIth that much Light flooding in, anything not congruent with it will come to the surface to be transmuted. This is why the councils have asked me to have weekly distance mini violet flame sessions on Sundays at 10am Hawaii time. DM if you want to sign up. With all of these Light events happening this year in preparation for next year's Golden Age being fully birthed, some need help speeding up the process of clearing out the old. This is a lot of energy to have coming in at once, but since we cleared out so much so fast since last year already, it is time to anchor in the higher vibrations. The Dalai Lama first came to me last week with the councils to let me know of his plan to announce to the public that he would not be reincarnating again. We discussed how this would affect the collective and what it also activates in terms of the planetary ascension. He mentioned, like Jesus had back in October 2023, that he feels he somehow should have done more here in the physical. But, he and the other Ascended Masters always knew he would be here for 13 reincarnations. 13 is a sacred number of many meanings but it also represents...the Divine Feminine. There is a human side of masters when incarnated here that many do not see. It is not about whether the world is a bad place or in a downward spiral that he is talking about. The masters always want to do more. The other reason is that there are divine feminine leaders coming more online in the physical. There was a planetary contract that once he announced that he would not be back in the physical, that the other incarnated leadership would start to be more known. The councils talked about with the Ascended Masters (both incarnated and not) how this message might affect people here who are looking for a replacement for the Dalai Lama (Buddha) in the physical, how people think he is quitting - he is not, that the earth is in a downward spiral - it is not, and how to mention that a feminine presence is on the planet incarnated to help bring peace. People also have to heal their relationship to the Dalai Lama. He has not failed. His contract is up and it is rare to see a master discuss this with those incarnated. This might bring up for some, the wounding of the Jesus story. He does not find the earth to be in a negative state at all. Quite the opposite. So it's funny to hear people give instruction on telling others to live in 5D, but I look at the frequency, and THEY ALREADY ARE. Perhaps it's time to give instructions on consciously living in 7D and higher and talking about that. Keep envisioning the Golden Age already here. The heart energy has been shifting all this week. It is getting stronger. The councils first started talking about it a little over a week ago. But the energy started to shift on Sunday, the day before the eclipse when this process started of releasing old heart energy & beginning to share in a new way some important new things. The heart's energy strengthening is connected with the throat. So, more things are being shared verbally. I personally have witnessed this in my own life, sharing things on a personal level & then sharing things on a more public group scale later. It is related to our journey & destiny to share these things. In groups, more people will be sharing things they kept personal but with a few they know and trust. In a few weeks, & starting even now if one chooses to, people will share with the groups they are in. I saw in a few weeks groups coming together to vote on topics that affect them & also manifesting together. This is why the bullies & those who cannot vibrate at levels of the Golden Age & of a peaceful community are being forced out now & in past weeks. So if you find yourself saying certain things or sharing certain things unexpectedly with someone you love, know that it is part of your destiny. I personally have things to share too on a more public level that I have known since I was a child about my role here on the planet & so far everyone I know personally was like oh ya, we know lol. Well, that was easy. It's more uncomfortable for some who are new to sharing certain things we maybe knew were of a great magnitude and kept personal. The chakra system has been getting upgraded for the past few years. The councils mentioned that there might be pressure or shifts in the upper chakras you pick up on. They also mentioned that there have been more energetic attacks on the heart but that those attacking those areas cannot get into things that they did before & the upgrades are happening anyway. With the heart being connected with the throat is part of a figure 8 which connects the head to the heart via the throat...but right now it's more prominent about the heart and throat & communication that's so strong now (see comments...)

It was collectively manifested to see the 11 in the physical on the graph as proof that God heard your prayers and gifts are being delivered. 11 is a sign from God. You do not have to chase these things. They are coming to you because you have worked for them. I heard it misinterpreted recently where a psychic told others to work for it. People are starting to sense more things intuitively than they have before. This was partially since the angel Lucifer ascended into heaven in late February, which was a couple days after the astral realms and last levels of hell/hades were collapsed

People are starting to sense more things intuitively than they have before. This was partially since the angel Lucifer ascended into heaven in late February, which was a couple days after the astral realms and last levels of hell/hades were collapsed. He was one of the ones that had chosen to go back to the heavenly realms when the final choice point was delivered to all involved by Mother Mary and the Legions of Light. You could see angels all in the sky like in the images above the day that angel ascended back into heaven. This is one way the angels let you know that the heavens are celebrating a big event. When the phone systems went down for 3 hours on February 22nd, it was because he had been embedded in the planet's communication systems and was being removed. After he ascended into heaven, Archangel Michael arrived to thank the ones who had assisted in the process. Within hours, people's intuitive gifts were so much stronger, and some started feeling things that they did not before. Some sort of buffering had been removed when he left the lower planes. The new sensitivities have also included negative things as the 6th veil began to thin even further in preparation for the 6th seal to break, which will be this month. (This is not something to fear.) I talked in a recent post about how current communities shifting into 5D and above here in the physical is also why those with more awareness and increased sensitivity are wanting more peaceful communities. it is not the few who can sense things on the other side of the veils anymore. This is part of the process of the Golden Age being birthed. It is almost fully here. We have one more veil/seal to clear early next year. Lots of Love, Theresa

I noticed over the past two weeks a pattern of increase with misinformation on posts & its deliverabte in some cases. Others are just uninformed & do not know it but sadly think they are informed. Then there are those pretending to be Light messengers. The Councils of Light keep talking about messages & topics that need to be posted. This is one of them. The ones trying to lure people in who are lightworkers (those who follow God.) It is important to use your discernment. People are asking about topics but are not finding the right source for it & that is important to know. This tends to happen right before a major spiritual event on the planet & April is a great month, packed with spiritual events. I can see the energy on these posts & almost a projection of a false veil placed on the posts so people will see it as truth. This will not last long, & it never does. It is important to be aware. Really watch your ability to discern. It also lets me know that as the 6th veil is about to drop this month with the 6th seal of Armageddon breaking. Truth will be more apparent. Truth will prevail. It always does. More are coming online with it again, like it originally was on the planet. For those who can easily discern the ones doing this, it's blatant. One of the ones who advertises doing work with the masters has revealed his dark affiliation (the dark always has to reveal who they are to the Light) more obviously this week. Mentioning that the astral is not a bad place. It was literally where the evil ones would go and where some lived. It was a third of where spiritual warfare & attacks played out since Lemuria fell, with him trying to say that the astral realm always existed here - BUT it did not. Galactic historians know this & the Creators know this as well. If you traveled through that spiritual plane & often spent too much time in there with the darker things, most people would throw up afterward. It was collapsed for a reason. For those who do not know this, the last of the realms of hell were collapsed in February. The false messengers (even the ones with good intentions) & those who are misinformed will stop what they... continued in comments.

Communities of higher vibration are changing so that they can become the first higher dimensional communities which vibrate with peace, unity, & prosperity. The greater whole is watched out for. Groups in the lower realms would have a dictator or a good leader if they were lucky & were individually based within a gathering. In many groups that already exist, they are coming together on a more physical level to create peace. Those who cannot keep the vibration or goal of the group together or that enjoy trying to disturb those who have for the past month been asked to leave the group dynamic. Some are so unhappy that they decided to leave the group themselves. Group & community come first. Those who cannot vibrate with the higher realms will leave - on multiple levels & that is their choice. Last month I witnessed many of the 96 who were with Pallas Athena & are involved with group work on the planet & overseeing divine justice. That is their job. Mother Mary worked with the leaders of the groups they have been involved with to make sure that compassion was offered rather than harsh communication when letting the trolls (not my word - & some are this form on a soul level) know that their abuse would not be tolerated. Some had gotten away with it for years. There is little to no tolerance of abuse now. The bullies & those who empathize with them are being moved out, some simply by vibrational split. Some people are absolutely struggling with the rise in frequency & what is required of them to stay in this vibration, & it's obvious who those people are. Since the collapse of the astral realm, emotions that were from there like envy, rage, greed, etc no longer have the power here they once used to. Some of those who are suffering are those who threw temper tantrums to get their way & people tolerated it. But those vibrations simply do not have a pull anymore. We have an eclipse in 5 days. It's time to finish what was started last month & cut out what is not serving God. It is also time to celebrate! Theresa
