The idea of creating and offering a manifestation journal first came from the Beings of Light during Theresa’s manifestation course first held back in 2016. The purpose of keeping this kind of journal is to have a place to write down the life that you want to live. All of your wildest dreams, written in statements of positivity of course. It can be as simple as wanting to feel a certain way (like more joy) or to bring a certain experience into your life (like a love partnership.) Think as big as you like.

Directions: Think about the positive things you want to manifest (all of your wishes) and write them in the journal. Then go about your life and come back to your journal periodically to see what has manifested for you. Pairs very well with the Make A Wish essence.
